Why choose timber windows?

Nothing beats the authentic charm of real wood. A rich, warm, and timeless look that adds character and elegance to any home—especially period or traditional properties. If you live in a listed building or a conservation area, timber is often the only material permitted, preserving the architectural integrity of traditional homes.
Choose from any standard RAL colours or choose from a wide range of translucent coatings that bring out the natural beauty of the wood. You can repaint or refinish them overtime to suit changing tastes. With further options on horns and cills, glass obscurity and 5 lead options. Both contemporary and traditional ironmongery.
When made from quality softwood and hardwood, timber windows are incredibly sturdy and provide good security and long-lasting durability. Timber windows can last 40+ years or even longer.
Wood is a natural, renewable material. Sustainably sourced timber windows have a smaller carbon footprint compared to plastic or metal alternatives. The greenest material available within the window and door market. Proving carbon neutral over a sixty-year life span, with a life expectancy of 56-65 years
