Property list received. If client agrees, placed into batches/phases. Appointment letters sent to residents, requesting confirmation with follow up calls. 3 attempts will be made, then passed back to client to support in access. All appointment details recorded.
Once survey completed, its uploaded and saved along supporting pictures. Survey details from the day are reported back to client. Properties updated on software with status of To Be Ordered and subsequently ordered inline with programme. On Hold, In Query or no access relayed back to client and dealt with accordingly.
Installation team will received there programme the day before. On morning of install they will collect materials and attend site. A full intro and explanation of the day is briefed with resident. Commencement of installation is carried out and to end a full hand over with completion paperwork for installer and resident completed.
Once installed we carry out inspection calls from the office, to confirm satisfaction and any issues. We then schedule a % of inspection visits via Site Managers. If required client signs offs are completed.
Furthermore, a FENSA certification is registered and any IBG’s. All details are audited on our software.
